  • Sovereign Hill Lodge YHA backpackers hostel is a cosy, original 1850's Goldrush Era building that has great backpackers facilities including a barbeque and television/common room. You will be near all the action as it is located within walking distance to Ballarat's main attractions including the Sovereign Hill Outdoor Museum and Goldmining Township where you can experience how life really was like during Victoria's Gold Rush era.

    Great place to stayed and not far YHA to Sovereign Hills. The staff are so so so friendly and very easy explained to us where the places that we want to go.. Lovely place here at Ballarat.
