  • Good standard double room with new ensuite facilities. Kitchen and cooking areas are quite adequate and the hostel is situated very close to the absolute centre of Darwin with friendly staff.

    Darwin YHA Backpackers Hostel is a great base for the spectacular World Heritage Kakadu National Park, the magnificent waterfalls at Litchfield National Park, the Tiwi Islands and the Arnhem Land Aboriginal Reserve. Darwin enjoys a warm tropical climate all year. The dry season (May to November) is the cooler time of the year in the 'Top End' and allows for excellent outdoor activities like the Mindil Beach Markets.

    There is plenty to do after dark. Darwin YHA Backpackers Hostel is located in the heart of a backpacker's nightlife haven with pubs, nightclubs, outdoor cafes, cinemas and restaurants. The Globetrotters Bar next door will keep you entertained until the early hours.
