    all night very loud music nearby. it was very difficult to sleep. the rooms should be sound proof.

    The front people are friendly... she was able to convince me to be a YHA member. I could use the discount in upcoming trips to Perth and Adelaide.

    front desk staff couldn't care less, i waited for ages to be checked in and every question i asked was answered with a shrug and a vague gesture.very very noisy at night, really the room doors just bang and there's not a lot you can do about it, its hot, and bathroom was waterlogged, i dont just mean a damp floor and drains were full of hair, yuck,

    I have stayed many times here - I love the handy location to the train station and buses. For a busy area it is surprisingly quiet and I always have a good night's sleep. The staff are always friendly - I've never struck a moody, grumpy person at the counter! All very helpful and cheerful. There is a nice atmosphere here.

    So close to everything I wanted to be near in Sydney. Everything was clean, ordered and convenient. I felt safe, even arriving very late at night. Staff were helpful. Restaurant as well as self- catering facilities. Lovely hot showers. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

    A very nice place to be. Its location is very good : in center city, all the rooms are clean, the kitchen is big and here you got everything you need. The equipement is rich : TV lounge, internet, pool... And it is quiet cheap. I recommend this nice place to all !
