    Sharing a room with other girls was great. The 24 hour reception makes you feel safe. I came to Sydney to have a Day in Theresa Park and accom plished that. Also arriving after a short or long journey with no food there is a tea and coffee machine ...

    I've been 3 night at YHA's in Sydney. I had a great time there cause the staff is nice, it's well located and everything is made to make you feel confortable. It's a good place for relaxing after a long fly and for making a start.

    Sydney Central YHA is a short walk to Darling Harbour, Chinatown, Star Casino, Sydney Fish Markets, Sydney Entertainment Centre, shops, backpacker pubs, cafes, clubs and cinemas.

    The hostel is close to all the major attractions like the Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Rocks area and Centrepoint Tower.

    You can catch the light rail (tram) to Sydney's Star City Casino, Darling Harbour and Fish Markets from opposite the hostel.

    Nightlife

    Check out Scubar, Sydney Central YHA's own backpacker bar located in the basement. Pool comps, theme nights, pub crawls. It's a short walk from the hostel to the cinemas and a number of Sydney's main theatres. Cafes and cheap and cheerful eats nearby in Chinatown and Surry Hills.
