Catering: Catering (Dinner only) Four nights a week free meals at local establishments (age 18+), Monday $7 all you can eat Pizza Night on-site
On-site facilities: Large common areas, Outdoor BBQ area and courtyard. Open fireplace for winter stays. Two larger dormitories (8 and 10 share) with their own ensuite facilities.
Things to do: Beach-based activities (surfboards/bogey boards available at the YHA), dune quad-biking in nearby Port Stephens, day trip to the Hunter Valley, explore Newcastle city, discover its convict past; architectural history and thriving port, seasonal dolphin/whale watch cruises. Close to Newcastle Uni and International Sports Centre.
