To make your trip as hassle-free as possible, YHA Australia provides different options for you to book your accommodation.

1. Book online at www.yha.com.au and pay with your credit card. Your booking will be confirmed immediately and you will be charged for your whole stay upfront.

2. Contact the hostel directly by phone or email and pay by credit card.

3. If you are already at a YHA hostel, ask our friendly staff to book your next hostel for you.

Please notify the hostel immediately if you need to cancel your booking. If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice a 5% cancellation fee will apply. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee equivalent to one overnight will be charged.

If you are booking accommodation via www.yha.com.au please read the terms and conditions carefully, as some specials and discounted accommodation packages are non-refundable.
